Review of the “Let’s Move – Mirror” card game by two psycho-motor therapists:

Florent from the French Federation of Psycho-Motor Therapists and Aline, a trainee.

Good points

Possibility of focusing on each part of the body individually.

This makes it possible to work on body mapping and reversibility.

Formatting possibilities make the game easy to negotiate.

The child can correct his/her own position in the mirror.

Three different posture positions (lying, crouching, standing).

Right and left profiles.

Less good

You need to be very supple to achieve some of the positions and for some of them

it’s hard to stay like that for more than a few seconds. Having said that, this does

have the advantage of getting the child to realize what he/she is physically capable of.
